Terms of booking

The reservation will be confirmed only if guaranteed by credit card details or through the receipt of the confirmatory deposit sent by bank transfer.

A credit card is requested only as guarantee of the reservation, nothing will be charged on your credit card except in the cases mentioned by our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

LOW SEASON: for cancellations up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival, no penalty will be applied, after this deadline or in case of no show the cost of one night will be charged on your credit card.

MID SEASON: for cancellations up to 7 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be applied, after this deadline or in case of no show the cost of one night will be charged on your credit card.

HIGH SEASON: for cancellations made up to 14 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be applied.

For cancellations made up from 14 to 8 days before date of arrival the cost of one night will be charged on your credit card.

For cancellations made up from 7 to 1 days before date of arrival or in case of no show the cost of one night will be charged - for 1 night stays. For stays longer than one night will be charged the 50% of the total amount of the stay as penalty.

General Information

The stay doesn’t include buffet breakfast, unless otherwise specified.

10% VAT included.

Please note that pets are NOT allowed.

Children under 3 years stay free of charge if sleep in parents' bed. If a cot is requested, the cost is EUR 10.00 per day.

The maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.

Cots are available upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
